5. SMS Communications and Mobile Messaging

Talevo offers optional SMS/text message notifications for job applicants. When you opt in to receive text messages:

  • You provide explicit written consent by checking the opt-in checkbox on the job application form.
  • Your mobile number and opt-in consent are used solely to send application-related notifications (status updates, interview scheduling, document requests, and offer notifications).
  • Mobile opt-in data and consent will never be shared with or sold to third parties for any purpose.
  • Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment or application.
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on application activity.
  • SMS services are provided through Twilio in accordance with their terms of service.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Your information is shared in the following circumstances:

  • With the Employer: All application information is shared with the Company to which you applied and authorized personnel within that organization
  • With Service Providers: As described in Section 4, to facilitate application processing
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government regulation
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (you will be notified of any such change)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
