Most hiring software is built in a meeting room. Talevo was built at a delivery station in East Manhattan, with the owner, the HR lead, and a dispatcher who hire riders every day.

Four stops, one customer, no guessing
Stop 1
The pilot
Hudson Steel Corp., an Amazon DSP in East Manhattan, New York City, tries Talevo for hiring riders.
Stop 2
First paying customer
A few months later Hudson Steel comes back and pays. That is the real test.
Stop 3
DSP first
Talevo decides to build for Amazon DSPs first. The Founding DSP Program opens.
Stop 4
The story goes public
Hudson Steel puts its numbers on the record so other DSP owners can see what changed.
