How do applicants get into Talevo?
Every opening gets a link and a QR code. Post the link where you already recruit. Print the code for the station and the vans. People apply from their phone.
Does it collect I-9 documents?
Yes. Talevo asks each candidate for the I-9 and payroll papers your opening needs, shows you what is missing, and can hold the hire until it is all in. They upload from their phone.
Is the texting allowed by the carriers?
Yes. Our texting is registered with the carriers, people can opt out any time, and every message is saved.
Who can see my data?
Only your company. Your data is kept apart from every other company, and documents sit in private storage.
How long does setup take?
